This brief was to create a micro-site for a German company called T-Lab.  Founded in 2011, the company specialise in ground-breaking tech, and the audience for the micro-site is the company’s potential investors and shareholders.
My design was inspired by key words and phrases that jumped out at me from the articles that T-Lab wanted to include on the micro-site: ‘adventures into the unknown’, ‘open innovation’, ‘world of tomorrow’ and ‘complex mechanisms’.
My concept was to focus on the repetition of typography and the use of abstract imagery to present information to a young group of wealthy venture capitalists in an engaging and innovative way.  I wanted to create a clean and easy-to-navigate site which would transfer well to a mobile phone, and have a graphic element and a typographic style that could roll out to apparel, such as employee swag.
(NB: Concept work for a student project).
