I am Lisa and I am an Edinburgh-based graphic design graduate from Shillington Design School.
I have found that the skills that I have developed through qualifying as a chartered accountant have proved extremely useful in my new design life - those being a keen eye for detail, problem solving and time management. One of the best things about design has been the opportunity for me to use the right side of my brain for a change.
I have grown to love the ideation process, and find it fascinating how there are an infinite number of ways in which to approach a design brief.
In my spare time, you will see me pounding the streets of Edinburgh, as I constantly repeat week 6 of the 21k Runner app. I also knit, sew and draw a bit on Procreate.
